FitLife Pro ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

        No Account Required: We do not require you to create an account or sign in to use the App.
Local Storage: All your personal health data is stored locally on your device. We do not upload your data to any external servers.
No Third-Party Tracking: We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.
No Server Data Storage: We do not store any of your data to our servers and its on your device which you can delete at anytime. Just go to settings and scroll down to bottom and click on "Clear All Data" link and it will reset the app and remove all your data.

    

1. Information We Collect

A. Location Data (Background & Foreground)

FitLife Pro collects location data to enable the following features:

Real-time Route Mapping: To display your path on a map during outdoor activities (Walk, Run, Hiking, Cycling).
Distance & Pace Tracking: To accurately calculate the distance you travel and your current pace.
Calorie Estimation: To estimate calories burned based on your movement and terrain.

Disclosure: This data is collected even when the app is in the background if you have started an activity tracking session. The collection stops immediately when you stop or pause the activity. We do not share your location data with any third parties.

B. Health & Fitness Data (Health Connect)

With your explicit permission, FitLife Pro integrates with Health Connect to:

Read: Steps, Distance, Active Calories Burned, and Hydration data to display your daily progress.
Write: Workout sessions, Steps, and Hydration logs to keep your health data in sync across your apps.

The use of information received from Health Connect will adhere to the Health Connect Permissions Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

C. Camera Data

We request camera access solely for the Posture Check feature. This feature uses on-device machine learning (ML Kit) to analyze your posture in real-time. No images or video are ever recorded, saved, or transmitted. The analysis happens entirely on your device.

D. User Profile Data

You may voluntarily provide information such as your Name, Age, Height, Weight, Profession, and Medical Conditions. This data is used exclusively to:

Calculate your BMI.
Personalize workout and diet recommendations.
Adjust hydration goals.

This data is stored locally on your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To provide and improve the App's core features (activity tracking, health monitoring).
To send you local notifications for hydration, posture, and movement reminders (you can disable these in Settings).
To generate personalized health insights using on-device AI.

3. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Since your data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's security features (e.g., passcode, biometrics). We do not maintain a central database of user information.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:

Google Play Services: For map display and location services.
Google ML Kit: For on-device posture detection.

5. Children's Privacy

FitLife Pro is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
